Silk & Spice is a contemporary Uzbek restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the Lia! by Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek hotel at the Silk Road Samarkand resort. In the resort's own words, it brings together the traditions of the Great Silk Road, locally sourced ingredients and modern presentation.
The 100-square-metre dining room and the outdoor terrace each seat 34, which makes it a good fit for family gatherings, business lunches and small private events, and the bar offers a wide choice of drinks and desserts. Lunch and dinner are served in separate sittings.
