Ipak Fusion occupies the ground floor of the five-star Silk Road by Minyoun hotel at the Silk Road Samarkand resort. Ipak is Uzbek for silk — a nod to the Great Silk Road — and the kitchen brings pan-Asian and European cooking together in a modern, chef-driven style.
The dining room is done in natural tones with subtle Eastern touches, and the mood is calm. There are 106 seats inside and 122 on the terrace, and the restaurant is open all day, making it an easy stop for lunch or dinner after exploring the resort or walking along the Rowing Canal.
