El Sabor is the steakhouse on the ground floor of the five-star Hilton Samarkand Regency, part of the Silk Road Samarkand resort. Its pride is meat cooked over wood charcoal. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, so you can watch your steak being cooked from your table, and pick a bottle to match from a carefully selected wine collection.
Beyond the grill, the menu offers a range of salads and vegetable and fish dishes. The dining room seats 118, with room for another 76 on the summer terrace. It is open for lunch and dinner.
