A traditional family guesthouse about 120 m from the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum, with rooms set around a shady fruit-tree courtyard and breakfasts known for homemade jams.

Antica sits in the lanes of the old town, roughly 120 m from the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum and 200 m from the Rukhobod Mausoleum. The guesthouse occupies two buildings: the main house wraps around a garden courtyard, and the second is a minute's walk away down a narrow alley. Rooms are decorated in traditional style, and old household objects fill the courtyard and interiors. Standards vary: the basic rooms are compact and simply furnished, the upgraded ones add a terrace and a fridge, and a few rooms in the older part look out towards the mausoleum.

Most guests come for the courtyard and the breakfast — homemade mulberry and peach jams, warm flatbread and home-cooked dishes that change daily, with jam also made from the apricot trees in the yard. The hosts help with train tickets and day trips to Urgut or Shakhrisabz, and can cook dinner if asked in advance. The Registan is about a 10-minute walk. A good fit for travellers after quiet, family hospitality and a glimpse of everyday mahalla life.
