Hamd has been serving shawarma in Samarkand for several years. Its main outlet is on Orzu Mahmudov Street, next to Burger & Co, and there is a second one in the Family Park mall.
The menu covers shawarma in several sizes, lavash, pita and house specials, plus a few Uzbek dishes. Evenings and weekends get crowded, and the wait for an order can stretch to half an hour.
