A 45-room hotel in a leafy part of the new city, about 500 m from University Boulevard, with a restaurant, a roof terrace and a large conference hall.

Arba stands in the modern part of Samarkand, in a green neighbourhood near the central park. University Boulevard and the streets lined with cafés and restaurants are about 500 m away, the Amir Temur statue 900 m, Gur-e-Amir 1.2 km and the Registan about 2 km.

The 45 rooms have air conditioning, smart TV, a minibar and a kettle, and some of the larger rooms are furnished with carved wood. There is a restaurant and a roof terrace, a conference hall for 100, laundry, parking and transfers. Breakfast is a buffet. There is no lift, but staff help with luggage.
