Farsh bills itself as the home of "super burgers in a new format". The Samarkand branch is on Orzu Mahmudov Street, next door to KFC and Oqtepa Lavash.
Big meaty burgers are the core of the menu, including a brisket burger and one with pineapple inside, served with fries, sauces and drinks. Orders are taken only at the till, which can mean a queue in the evening. Reviewers say prices are higher than at ordinary burger bars, but the portions are generous. It stays open until 5am and also delivers.
