Labi Gor faces Registan Square from Registan Street — about 250 m from the centre of the square and 650 m from Gur-e-Amir. Its location makes it one of the busiest places to eat in town: a two-storey building with an open terrace upstairs.
The menu offers Uzbek dishes pitched at visitors — shashlik, plov, lagman, shurpa, manti — plus European standbys such as pasta, steak and burgers, with beer and wine to drink. Doors open at 7am, so it also works for breakfast. Reviews are mixed: many praise the location and terrace, while some complain about service and prices.
