The hotel stands at the eastern approach to Kattakurgan, on the Samarkand–Juma–Kattakurgan road in the village of Qozoqovul (Guzal mahalla). It is about 68 km by road from Samarkand (measured from the Registan), and Kattakurgan railway station is 4.9 km away in a straight line.
The building is new, as guests who stayed in May 2024 describe it. Reviews praise the cleanliness, working air conditioning, a drinking-water cooler in the corridor, toiletries and a breakfast with plenty of choice. In September 2025 a twin room cost 500,000 som. Reviews mention guests from Kazakhstan and China as well as business travellers, and staff have helped guests find a car to Samarkand.
